Shipping Policy – Care Supply Hub

At Care Supply Hub, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and at a fair price. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, handle, and deliver your purchases.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day. Excluding Wednesdays where orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends will be shipped the next working day in most cases.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

  • We offer the following UK delivery options:
  • We use APC Overnight across all of our products (Excluding small spend orders which may use Tacked48 Royal Mail).

3. Free Delivery

  • Free 2 Day UK delivery on orders over £100 (excluding VAT and after discounts).

4. International Shipping

  • Please contact us for international orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking is not always available due to our Business to Business (B2B) nature. Please contact us or leave a note on your order if you require tracking.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an address is put in incorrectly and your goods are not delivered you are responsible for any incurred charges for redelivery.
  • Please note APC Overnight will attempt delivery twice before holding your parcel for 72 hours. A £6 redelivery fee applies where applicable.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, severe weather, customs processing).

  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
